LEMM™ is an evolving product that provides a framework for developing and improving processes needed to achieve eGovernment Maturity. This framework is being created by Planmatics, Inc. to help assess and improve the capabilities of the agency implementation of eGovernment Strategy.

LEMM™ will organize the effort to meet the objectives for internally focused processes (operations) and objectives for externally focused services (outcomes) and will present a framework to objectively measure these efforts at the application, system and enterprise levels.

• Information Technology - Concentrates on the technical implementations of the IT components of the eGovernment such as the Websites, standardized data and information exchange format, accessibility, security, architecture, etc.
