The process portal is a web-enabled system utilized as an information repository (e-Catalog) to store work flow diagrams of an organization. The current process portal was developed for the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration. The process portal is enriched with information about the Employment and Training Administration's offices and the work process, "at-a-glance" view of the Employment and Training Administration, and a glossary of acronyms and terms used. The process portal provides an easy to use graphical user interface using Adobe Acrobat Reader with different functionalities embedded. The information is password protected, and the security can be further customized according to the user requirements.
